If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be? They don't sound exactly like Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford or Billy Dee Williams obviously, but the essence of the characters is captured well. I'm usually sceptical about attempts to imitate the film leads, but Thompson pulls it off with aplomb. Maximum effort put into the characters' voices with each one distinct and recognisable. Have you listened to any of Marc Thompson’s other performances? How does this one compare? This book, and Spectre of the Past before it really could be a film.
